摘　　要：卷丹不仅是入药典的三大百合之一,具润肺止咳、清心安神的功效,而且还是集观赏与食用价值为一体的经济作物,在药品、食品、化妆品及保健品等领域均具有显著的开发利用价值,是著名的药食同源性植物。但是,由于卷丹百合生长周期长、栽培种球容易退化及感染病毒等,严重影响了卷丹百合的质量及产量,制约了卷丹百合的可持续健康发展。因此,高效节本的繁育技术成为了当下的研究热点。本文就卷丹百合种球繁育及组织培养技术进行综述,旨在为卷丹百合种球扩繁研究及高质量育种提供参考。Lilium lancifolium is not only one of the three major lilies included in the Pharmacopoeia,it has the effects of moisturizing the lungs,relieving coughs,and soothing the mind,but also is an economic crop integrating ornamental and edible values.It has significant development and utilization value in the fields of medicine,food,cosmetics and health products,and it is a famous plant of medicine and food homology.However,due to the long growth cycle of Lilium lancifolium,the cultivation bulbs are prone to degradation and virus infection,etc.,the quality and yield of Lilium lancifolium are seriously affected,and the sustainable and healthy development of Lilium lancifolium is restricted.Therefore,the research of an efficient and cost-saving breeding technology has become a current research hotspot.This article reviewed the domestic and foreign literature to review the techniques of bulb propagation and tissue culture of Lilium lancifolium,aiming to provide reference for the research on the broad propagation and high-quality breeding of Lilium lancifolium.
