摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱荧光法(HPLC-FLD)测定炒党参中苯并[a]蒽、䓛、苯并[b]荧蒽和苯并[a]芘4种多环芳烃的含量。方法:采用Waters PAH C_(18)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为1.2 mL·min^(-1)。结果:4种多环芳烃在1.00~100 ng·L^(-1)浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r≥0.9998,加标回收率为84.5%~90.6%,RSD为1.0%~1.9%,检测限为0.012~0.042μg·kg^(-1)。结论:该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、准确度好等优点,可以用于炒党参中4种多环芳烃含量的测定。Objective:To establish a HPLC-FLD method for the determination of benzo[a]anthracene,chrysene,benzo[b]fluoranthene and benzo[a]pyrene in fried codonopsis pilosula.Methods:A Waters PAH C_(18) column was used for gradient elution with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.2 mL·min^(-1).Results:The linear range of the four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons were 1.00~100 ng·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient were r≥0.9998,the recoveries were 84.5%~90.6%,the RSD were1.0%~1.9%,and the detection limits were 0.012~0.042μg·kg^(-1).Conclusion:The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and good accuracy,and can be used for the determination of 4 kinds of PAHs in fried codonopsis pilosula.
