摘　　要：茶树油是以水蒸气蒸馏的方式从港木桃金娘科白千层叶中提取的天然植物精油,具有良好的抗微生物、抗氧化和环境消毒等作用,且在一定范围内安全低刺激,有良好的商业应用前景。茶树油通过包合可显著提升稳定性和水溶性,掩盖气味,增强抗菌能力。目前主要用β-环糊精以水饱和溶液法、研磨法、均质乳化法和超声法,提高包合率以降低生产成本,增强工业产业性能。本文综述了茶树油药理作用及包合技术的研究进展,为茶树油及其他植物油类包合技术提供思路。Tea tree oil is a kind of natural essential oil which extracted from leaves of melaleuca alternifolia by steam distillation.It has good anti-microbial,anti-oxidation and environment disinfection effects.With a certain range of concentration,it’s safe and low stimulation.Therefore,tea tree oil has a good application prospect in commerce.Tea tree oil can significantly improve stability and water solubility,mask odor,and enhance antibacterial ability through cyclodextrin camplexation techniques.Currently,β-cyclodextrin is mainly used in water saturated solution method,grinding method,homogeneous emulsification method and ultrasonic method to increase the inclusion rate,reduce production costs and enhance industrial performance.The present study reviewed the pharmacological action of tea tree oil and the progress of its inclusion technology,aimed to provide ideas for the inclusion technology of tea tree oil and other plant oils.
