摘 要:本试验从鸡的新鲜粪便和盲肠内容物中分离到4株形态与丁酸梭菌相似的菌株,经过生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA序列分析鉴定出3株丁酸梭菌,分别命名为C1-001、C1-002和C1-003;研究3株菌的生物学特性发现:其均对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和宋内志贺氏菌等肠内致病菌有抑菌作用,C1-001抑菌性能最优;均能产丁酸、乙酸以及可促进饲料消化吸收的α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶和脂肪酶,除了脂肪酶外,C1-001产酸及产酶效果最显著;均可耐受人工肠液和人工胃液至少2.5 h,C1-001耐受性最优。Four strains of Clostridium butyricum were isolated from fresh feces and cecum contents of chickens.Three strains of Clostridium butyricum were identified by physiological and biochemical identification and 16S rDNA sequence analysis,which were named as C1-001,C1-002 and C1-003 respectively.The biological characteristics of the three strains were studied.The results showed that three strains of Clostridium butyricum have bacteriostatic effect on enteropathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Shigella sonnei,and C1-001 has the best bacteriostatic performance;All of the three strains could produce butyric acid,acetic acid andα-amylase,protease and lipase which can promote digestion and absorption of feed,except lipase,C1-001 has the most significant effect on acid production and enzyme production;Three strains of Clostridium butyricum could tolerate artificial intestinal juice and artificial gastric juice for at least 2.5 h,and C1-001 has the best tolerance.
