摘 要:本试验旨在研究妊娠后期云南半细毛羊的维持蛋白质需要量,为其饲养标准的制定提供理论依据。试验选取50只体重相近[(46.52±4.58)kg]的妊娠后期(妊娠第111~140天)云南半细毛羊,随机分为5个组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组),每组10个重复,每个重复1只羊。饲粮粗蛋白质水平为6.31%、7.77%、10.47%、12.69%和15.25%,采用饲养试验与消化代谢试验相结合的研究方法,探究妊娠后期云南半细毛羊的蛋白质代谢规律和蛋白质需要量。结果表明:(1)妊娠后期云南半细毛羊的平均日增重和干物质采食量随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的升高而线性升高。(2)妊娠后期云南半细毛羊的氮摄入量、粪氮、尿氮、氮表观消化率、可消化氮和氮沉积量均随着饲粮粗蛋白质水平的升高而线性升高。(3)妊娠后期云南半细毛羊氮沉积量(RN)和氮摄入量(NI)的回归关系为:RN=0.5441 NI-0.2059(R^(2)=0.9959)。基于RN和NI的回归关系,本试验最终得到云南半细毛羊妊娠后期的维持蛋白质需要量为2.365 g/(kg W^(0.75)·d)。This experiment was conducted to study the maintenance protein requirements Yunnan semi-fine wool ewes during late-pregnancy period,and to provide theoretical basis for the formulation of breeding standards.Fifty Yunnan semi-fine wool ewes during late-pregnancy period(the 111~140th day)with similar body weight[(46.52±4.58)kg]were randomly divided into 5 groups(groups I,II,III,IV,V)with 10 replicates per group and 1 sheep per replicate.The dietary crude protein levels were 6.31%,7.77%,10.47%,12.69%and 15.25%,and the protein metabolism regularities and protein requirements were studied by the combination of feeding experiment,digestion and metabolism experiment.The results showed as follows:(1)With the dietary crude protein level increasing,the average daily gain and dry matter intake of Yunnan semi-fine wool ewes were increased linearly during late-pregnancy period.(2)The nitrogen intake,fecal nitrogen,urine nitrogen,nitrogen apparent digestibility,digestible nitrogen and nitrogen retention of Yunnan semi-fine wool ewes were increased linearly during late-pregnancy period with the increase of dietary crude protein levels.(3)The regression relationship between nitrogen retention(RN)and nitrogen intake(NI)of Yunnan semi-fine wool ewes during pregnancy period was RN=0.5441 NI-0.2059(R^(2)=0.9959).Based on the regression relationship between RN and NI,the research defines protein requirement parameters for maintenance of Yunnan semi-fine wool ewes was 2.365 g/(kg W^(0.75)·d)during late-pregnancy period.
