揉丝微贮玉米秸秆对徐淮山羊生长性能、器官指数及血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为研究揉丝微贮玉米秸秆对徐淮山羊生长性能、组织和器官发育及血液生化指标的影响,试验选取3月龄徐淮山羊80只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复5只。试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮+普通玉米秸秆,试验Ⅱ组饲喂基础饲粮+揉丝玉米秸秆,试验Ⅲ组饲喂基础饲粮+常规青贮,试验Ⅳ组饲喂基础饲粮+揉丝微贮,预饲期15 d,试验期60 d。结果表明:(1)试验IV组日增重比Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别增加了26.50%、25.32%、9.00%(P<0.05);平均日采食量增加了0.07、0.06、0.03 kg/d(P>0.05);料重比降低了2.13、2.12、0.70(P<0.05);利润提高了31.78%、30.67%、11.07%。(2)各试验组心脏、脾脏、瘤胃、网胃等器官指数均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组肝脏指数比试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别高了18.15%、18.47%、4.74%(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组肺脏、肾脏指数高于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,与Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05),与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组瓣胃指数显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组皱胃指数最高,明显高于其他三组(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组小肠指数高于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,但与Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05),与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05);试验Ⅲ组大肠指数高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组,与Ⅳ组差异不显著(P>0.05),与Ⅰ、Ⅱ组差异显著(P<0.05)。(3)各试验组总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、尿素氮(UN)、总胆固醇(TC)、葡萄糖(GLU)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验Ⅳ组甘油三酯(TG)高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,与Ⅲ组差异不显著(P>0.05),比试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别高了0.21、0.25 mmol/L(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)明显高于试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,玉米秸秆经揉丝微贮饲喂徐淮山羊,不仅提高了其育肥效果,降低了饲养成本,增加了经济效益,还促进了机体组织器官的发育及蛋白质、氨基酸的代谢,效果优于常规青贮玉米秸�The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of knead wire microbial silage corn straw on the growth performance,tissue and organ development and blood biochemical indexes of Xuhuai goat.Eighty 3-month-old Xuhuai goats were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups(4 replicates in each group and 5 goats in each replicate).Test groupⅠwas fed basic diet+fresh corn straw,test groupⅡwas fed basic diet+kneaded corn straw,test groupⅢwas fed basic diet+conventional silage,and test groupⅣwas fed basic diet+knead wire microbial silage and the pre feeding period was 15 days and the experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that:(1)The daily gain of test groupⅣwas 26.50%,25.32%and 9.00%higher than that of test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05),and the average daily feed intake increased by 0.07,0.06,0.03 kg/d(P>0.05);The ratio of feed to meat decreased by 2.13,2.12,0.70(P<0.05);profit increased by 31.78%,30.67%and 11.07%.(2)The indexes of heart,spleen,rumen,reticulum and other organs in each test group were not significantly different(P>0.05);the liver index of test groupⅣwas 18.15%,18.47%and 4.74%higher than that of test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05);lung and kidney indexes of test groupⅣwere higher than those of test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,but not significantly different from test group III(P>0.05),and significantly different from test groupsⅠandⅡ(P<0.05);the omasum index of test groupⅢwas significantly higher than that of test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅣ(P<0.05);the index of abomasum in test groupⅣwas the highest,which was significantly higher than that of the other three groups(P<0.05);the small intestine index of test groupⅣwas higher than that of test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ,but there was no significant difference between groupⅣand group III(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between test groupⅠand test groupⅡ(P<0.05);the index of large intestine in test groupⅢwas higher than that in test groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅣ,which was different from test groupⅣ.There was no significant differ
