摘 要:为在高寒地区了解蝗虫微孢子虫(Paranosema locustae)对草地蝗虫的绿色防治技术。通过直升飞机施药,结果表明,施药30 d后,蝗虫微孢子感染率达到72%,感染指数为47.5%。与对照区相比,防控后蝗虫虫口数量显著降低,虫口减退率达到71.15%。防控后蝗虫种群虫口数量明显下降,表现出了可持续性防控效果,对高寒地区草地蝗虫综合治理具有重要意义。In order to investigategreen control technology of paranosema locustae in alpine region. The drug was administered by helicopter. The results showed that the microspore infection rate of grasshoppers reached 72%after 30 days. The microspore infection index of grasshoppers was 47.5%. Compared with the control area,the number of locusts were decreased significantly in the control area. The rate of insect decline reached 71.15%.After the control,the number of grasshopper population decreased significantly,showing the sustainable control effect,which will be of great significance for the comprehensive management of grasshopper in alpine grassland.
