摘 要:精密铜管在空调制冷、5G、电脑散热等领域得到广泛应用。提高铜管的成型效率是当前行业研究的热点问题。本文采用金相(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)显微组织观察和Abaqus有限元模拟分析等方法对内螺纹铜管磁悬浮高速成型过程中引起米克重变化的原因进行了探讨分析。结果表明,伴随着拉伸速度的提升,铜管的底壁厚逐步增大,这主要是由铜管与螺纹芯头之间的间隙过大使得铜管旋压过程中金属流动不匹配造成的。因此,需要减小成型时滚珠与铜管之间的间隙,从而保证芯头、铜管、滚珠的充分接触,让底壁厚趋于均匀,改善铜管质量。Precision copper tubes are widely used in air-conditioning and refrigeration,5G communication,heat transfer,computer cooling and other fields.Improving copper tube's forming efficiency is a key direction of current industry research.In this paper,OM,SEM and Abaqus finite element simulation analysis were employed to analyze the main causes of excessive weight per meter in the process of Magnetic Suspended high speed forming of internally threaded copper tube.It was found that with the increase of drawing speed,the bottom wall thickness of copper tube increased gradually.The analysis shows that the defect is mainly caused by the mismatch of metal flow in the process of copper tube spinning due to the excessive gap between copper tube and core head.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the gap between the ball and the copper tube to ensure the full contact of the core head,the copper tube and the ball.It can make the bottom wall thickness more uniform and enhance copper tube's quality.
