摘 要:采用无压浸渗法制备高体份B_(4)C/Al复合材料,分别在空气和氩气条件下进行高温热处理,研究气氛对复合材料物相组成和微观组织的影响。结果表明,原始态复合材料主要由B_(4)C、Al、Al_(3)BC和AlB_(2)组成。氩气条件热处理态复合材料微观组织致密,不仅存在B_(4)C、Al、Al_(3)BC和AlB_(2)四种物相,热处理过程B_(4)C和Al之间发生界面反应,生成Al_(3)B_(48)C_(2)新相,且Al_(3)BC含量有所增加。空气条件热处理态复合材料发生严重氧化反应,表面生成硼酸铝氧化层,内部为疏松多孔碳化硼组织,材料不再具有复合材料组织特征。结果表明,B_(4)C/Al复合材料高温热处理工艺不宜在空气中进行,应该进行氩气保护。High-volume B_(4)C/Al composite was prepared under pressureless infiltration,and high-temperature heat treatments were performed under air and argon conditions to study the influence of atmosphere on the phase composition and microstructure of the composites.The results show that the original composite is mainly composed of B_(4)C,Al,Al_(3)BC and AlB_(2).The microstructure of the composite material after heat treatment under argon conditions is dense.In addition to B_(4)C,Al,Al_(3)BC and AlB_(2),a new phase,Al_(3)B_(48)C_(2),is formed due to the interfacial reaction between B_(4)C and Al,with the content of Al_(3)BC increasing.The air-conditioned composite undergoes severe oxidation reaction,resulting in the formation of an aluminum borate oxide layer on the surface of the composite and a loose porous B_(4)C structure inside the composite.The material no longer has the microstructure characteristics of B_(4)C/Al.The results show that the high-temperature heat treatment process of B_(4)C/Al composite material should not be carried out in the air but in the argon instead.
