摘 要:低碳高铬钢的成分决定了该类钢种通过转炉吹炼后需经过LF精炼和RH工序,其生产难点在于精炼工序需加入大量的含铬铁合金,如何合理分配LF和RH的精炼负荷是该类钢高效冶炼的关键。为实现低成本冶炼低碳高铬钢、降低低碳高铬洁净钢的高效生产难度,设计了转炉精炼温度制度、RH脱碳合金化、LF升温造渣合金化、连铸动态配水及液面控制等工艺,转炉出钢温度控制在1665~1710℃,RH深脱碳并进行初步合金化,控制出站温度≥1570℃,LF双工位冶炼,含铬铁合金每次投入3~10 t,连续浇注时LF的冶炼周期可控制在60~80 min,达到炉机匹配,实现连续化生产,从而降低生产成本。The composition of low-carbon and high-chromium steel determines that this kind of steel needs LF refining and RH process after being blown by converter.The production difficulty is that a large amount of ferrochrome is added during refining process.And how to reasonably distribute the refining load between LF and RH is the key to the efficient smelting of this kind of steel.In order to realize low-cost smelting of low-carbon and high-chromium steel and decrease the difficulty of high-efficiency production of low-carbon and high-chromium clean steel,the processes of converter refining temperature system,RH decarburization and alloying,LF heating and slagging alloying,continuous casting dynamic water distribution and liquid level control were designed.The tapping temperature of converter was controlled at 1655~1675℃;RH deep decarburization and preliminary alloying were adopted and the outlet temperature is controlled at≥1575℃;LF double station smelting was applied,3~10 tons of ferrochrome was added each time,and the smelting cycle of LF continuous casting was controlled at 60~80 min.With these measures,furnace and machine matched,continuous production was realized,and the production cost was reduced.
