摘 要:针对安钢3500 mm炉卷四辊轧机支撑辊剥落状况,通过分析四辊轧机的辊间接触受力特点和原有倒角支撑辊辊型的特征,得出四辊轧机存在的有害接触区及支撑辊辊型不良是造成辊间接触压力不均并形成边部剥落掉块的主要原因。弯辊力作为在线主要的板形调控手段同时是增加辊间接触压力尖峰的有害因素,加剧了轧辊剥落的风险。通过设计一种新型8次方支撑辊辊型曲线,在兼顾板形控制时减小了辊间接触压力,充分释放了弯辊力,同时解决了倒角辊型边部无法自动探伤的缺陷。通过工业应用证明,新辊型提高了轧机横向辊缝刚度,有效解决了支撑辊剥落事故。To solve the spalling problem of backup roll of 3500 mm Steckel four-high mill in Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the characteristics of contact force between rolls and original chamfered backup roll profile of four-high mill were ananlyzed.It is concluded that the harmful contact area and poor backup roll profile of four-high mill are the main reasons for uneven contact pressure between rolls and edge spalling.And roll bending force,as the main on-line shape control measure,is also a harmful factor to increase the contact pressure peak between rolls,which aggravates the risk of roll spalling.By designing a new type of 8-th power backup roll profile curve,the contact pressure between rolls is reduced,the bending force is fully released,and the situation that the edge of chamfering roll profile cannot be detected automatically is changed while plate shape is controlled.The industrial application shows that the new roll profile improves the transverse gap stiffness of the mill and effectively solves the backup roll spalling problem.
