乙醇联合葡萄糖酸氯己定手消毒液用于重症监护室医护人员手部消毒效果分析  

Efficacies of Ethanol Combined with Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution on Surgical Hand Antisepsis for ICU Healthcare Workers

摘　　要：目的比较单独使用乙醇手消毒液与乙醇联含葡萄糖酸氯己定手消毒液,对重症监护室医护人员手部的消毒效果。方法选取2019年6-9月大连医科大学附属第一医院ICU直接参与患者治疗的33例医护人员为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将33例医护人员分为对照组17例和现察组16例。对照组使用70%~75%乙醇手消毒凝胶进行手部消毒,观察组使用63.1%~77%乙醇加0.45%~0.55%葡萄糖酸氯己定皮肤消毒剂进行手部消毒。比较两种手消毒液的即刻和持久消毒效果。结果观察组即刻和持久除菌率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙醇加葡萄糖酸氯己定消毒液,与单纯使用乙醇手消毒液相比,能够减少ICU医护人员手部细菌数,且即刻和持久消毒效果均较为理想,值得推荐使用。Objective To compare the immediate and persistent antimicrobial efficacies of two hand sanitizers:single use of ethanol solution and ethanol combined with chlorhexidine gluconate solution.Methods A total of 33 ICU healthcare workers in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University between June 2019 and Sep 2019 were selected,and randomly assigned into the control group(n=17)and the observation group(n=16)based on random number table method.The 70%-75%ethanol only was applied in the control group,and the ethanol(63.1%~77%)combined with chlorhexidine gluconate(0.45%~0.55%)was applied in the observation group.The numbers of colony-fonning units(CFU)were calculated and compared between the two groups immediately(immediate efficacy)and after staying in the ICU common areas for 4-8 minutes(persistent efficacy).Results The immediate bacterial eliminating rate and the lasting bacterial eliminating rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single ethanol use,ethanol combined with chlorhexidine gluconate significantly reduced the number of bacteria in the hands of ICU healthcare workers,both in the immediate and persistent antimicrobial efficacy.
