摘　　要：目的探讨医用压敏胶带在泌尿外科后腹腔镜体位安置中的应用效果。方法选取福建省中医药大学附属第二人民医院2019年9月-2020年9月在泌尿外科后腹腔镜手术中需采取脷卧位的患者98例,随机分为改良组47例和传统组51例。改良组采用医用压敏胶布固定,传统组采用传统脷卧折刀位,比较两组术后的临床效果。结果改良组皮肤完好率高于改良组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改良组体位摆放所需时间少于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改良组医护人员对体位摆放满意度高干传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在泌尿外科后腹腔镜体位安置中的应用医用压敏胶带,可以缩短体位摆放时间,减轻摆放难度,利干术者操作,充分暴露术野,减少并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of medical pressure-sensitive tape in laparoscopic postural placement in department of urology.Methods A total of 98 patients who needed lateral lying position,who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in Department of Urology,the Second people's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2020,were randomly divided into improved group(47 cases)and traditional group(51 cases).The improved group was fixed with medical pressure-sensitive adhesive tape,and the traditional group used the traditional lateral folding knife position.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The intact rate of skin in the improved group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The time of body position placement in the improved group was significantly less than that in the traditional group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of body position placement in the improved group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical pressure-sensitive tape in retroperitoneal laparoscopic posture placement in urology department can shorten the posture placement time,reduce the placement difficulty,facilitate the operator's operation,fully expose the operation field and reduce the occurrence of complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
