益气养阴丸对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者主要不良心血管事件风险因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气养阴丸对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者主要不良心血管事件(MACE)风险因子的影响。方法将202例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组101例,均予基础—餐时胰岛素方案治疗,治疗组同时加益气养阴丸口服治疗。2周后比较2组血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、24 h尿微量白蛋白、收缩压(SMP)及空腹血糖(FPG)、三餐餐后血糖峰值(PPBG)、三餐餐后血糖增幅(PBGI)。结果治疗后2组LDL-C、24 h尿微量白蛋白、SMP、FPG及三餐PPBG、PBGI均较本组治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组LDL-C、24 h尿微量白蛋白、SMP及三餐PPBG、PBGI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴丸能改善气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者LDL-C、24 h尿微量白蛋白及SMP,改善血糖波动,从而降低患者MACE发生风险。Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Pill for risk factors of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE) of patients with type 2 diabetes of qiyin deficiency.Methods Totally 202 patients with type 2 diabetes of qiyin deficiency were randomly divided into control group(n = 101) and treatment group(n = 101).Insulin Solution were performed for basic meals in both groups.patients in treatment group were additionally treated with oral Yiqi Yangyin Pill.Aiming to compare serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),24 h urinary microalbumin excretion(UAE),systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),peak postprandial blood glucose(PPBG) for three meals,and postprandial blood glucose increase(PBGI) for three meals between groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,LDL-C,24 h UAE,SBP,FPG,PPBG and PBGI for three mealst in both groups were significantly decreased after treatmen(P < 0.05),which were lower in treatment group than in control group except for FPG(P < 0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes of qiyin deficiency,Yiqi Yangyin Pill can improve LDL-C,24 h UAE,SMP,and blood glucose fluctuation,therefore,reduce the risk of MACE.
