32份桑树种质资源果用性状调查与分析

摘　　要：为了调查不同桑树种质资源在云南省红河州蒙自地区的适应性,以30份引进种质资源及2份本地种质资源为试验材料,统计果实农艺性状,包括结果枝条数、单芽坐果数、坐果率、单株产果量、单果质量、果长和果径,检测果实理化性状,包括总糖含量、pH、桑椹红色素含量和出汁率。结果表明,坐果率>95%的品种有21份,单果质量>4 g的种质资源有12份,果汁总糖质量分数>20%的种质资源有1份。经主成分分析发现,四季果桑、大兴4、72C002、大兴1号、嘉陵30号、云果桑1号、一串红、粤椹大10、46C019等品种生长良好,性状稳定,综合表现较好,在云南省红河州蒙自地区表现出了较强的适应性,具有较好的发展前景。In order to investigate the adaptability of different mulberry germplasm in Mengzi region of Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province,30 introduced germplasm and 2 local germplasm were investigated and measured for their fruit related agronomic characters(number of fruiting branches,number of fruits per bud,fruit setting rate,fruit yield per plant,single fruit weight,the length and width per fruit)and physical and chemical characters(total sugar content,pH,content of mulberry red pigment and juice yield).The results demonstrated that there were 21 germplasm resources with fruit setting rate over 95%,12 germplasm resources with single fruit weight over 4 g and 1 germplasm resource with total sugar content over 20%.The results of principal component analysis showed that varieties such as Sijiguosang,Daxing 4,72 C002,Daxing 1,Jialing 30,Yunguosang 1,Yichuanhong,Yueshen Da 10 and 46 C019 grew well and had good comprehensive performance with stable character,and showed strong adaptability and good development prospect in Mengzi region of Honghe Prefecture,Yunnan Province.
