摘 要:建筑用二氧化硅气凝胶具有良好的保温性能。但是,当有太阳光照射的时候,二氧化硅气凝胶的光学性能对其传热性能有着较大的影响,进而影响其保温性能。从二氧化硅气凝胶的光学特性入手,利用溶胶–凝胶法制备了多组不同水解时间、蒸馏水体积、反应物体积比和pH值下的二氧化硅气凝胶样品。利用TU-19双光束紫外可见光光度计分别测量这些样品的紫外可见光透射光谱,并定性分析了这些不同因素对二氧化硅气凝胶光学物性参数的影响规律。结果表明,随着水解时间、蒸馏水体积和pH值的增加,二氧化硅气凝胶的紫外可见光透过率逐渐升高;随着正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和无水乙醇(EtOH)体积比的增大,二氧化硅气凝胶的紫外可见光透过率逐渐降低。Silica aerogel used in construction has good thermal insulation performance.However,when there is sunlight irradiation,the optical properties of silica aerogel have a great impact on its heat transfer performance.As a result,its insulation performance will be affected.The optical properties of silica aerogels are considered to be the entry point.Silica aerogel samples with different hydrolysis time,volume of distilled water,reactant volume ratio and pH value were prepared by Sol-gel method.The UV-Vis spectra of these samples were measured by the TU-19 dual beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer.And the effect regularity of these factors on the optical properties of silica aerogel were analyzed qualitatively.The results show that the UV-Vis transmittance of silica aerogel increases with the increase of hydrolysis time,volume of distilled water and pH value gradually;The UV-Vis transmittance of silica aerogel decreases with the increase of the volume ratio of Tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and Ethanol absolute(EtOH)gradually.
