摘  要:随着我国新建住宅的高度不断刷新及国家对建筑节能工作的重视,外墙节能设计与防火设计的矛盾日益突出,寒冷地区的建筑保温材料既要满足轻薄、方便施工的特点,又要满足防火设计的要求。在严寒及寒冷地区研发新型A级保温材料成为行业发展的必然趋势。热固复合聚苯乙烯保温板作为一种新型保温材料,在保留传统聚苯乙烯保温板质轻、低导热系数的优异性能的同时还具有A级防火性能,在严寒及寒冷地区得到应用。热固复合聚苯乙烯保温板的均匀性直接影响其综合性能的发挥及使用寿命。简要介绍了热固复合聚苯乙烯泡沫板的生产制备、产品特点,并通过对密度、导热系数的分析,研究了热固复合聚苯乙烯泡沫板材的均匀性。With the continuous refreshing of the height of new buildings in China,more and more attention has been paid to building energy conservation.The contradiction between energy-saving design and fire-proof design of exterior wall is increasingly prominent.The building thermal insulation materials in cold areas should not only meet the characteristics of lightweight and convenient construction,but also meet the requirements of fire protection design.It is an inevitable trend for the industry to research and develop new class a thermal insulation materials in severe cold and cold regions.As a new type of thermal insulation material,thermosetting composite polystyrene insulation board retains the excellent properties of light weight and low thermal conductivity of traditional polystyrene insulation board,and has A-level fire resistance.Thermosetting composite polystyrene insulation board has been applied in severe cold and cold areas.The uniformity of thermosetting composite polystyrene insulation board directly affects its comprehensive performance and service life.The preparation and product characteristics of thermosetting polystyrene foam board were briefly introduced,and the density and thermal conductivity were analyzed.The uniformity of thermosetting polystyrene foam board was studied.
