摘  要:目的:对市售射干及其常见混淆品川射干进行鉴别研究,为射干的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用性状鉴别、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法对射干和川射干的性状、薄层色谱、次野鸢尾黄素含量及指纹图谱进行分析。结果:射干与川射干性状、薄层色谱差异明显,次野鸢尾黄素含量总体存在差异,但部分川射干中次野鸢尾黄素含量能达到射干药典标准;指纹图谱中9批正品射干之间的相似度为0.971~1.000,6批川射干之间的相似度为0.990~1.000,而川射干与射干的对照指纹图谱进行比较,相似度只有0.582~0.627,采用聚类分析法可将射干与川射干分为两类。结论:采用性状鉴别、薄层色谱以及指纹图谱能有效鉴别射干与川射干。Objective:To study the identification of Belamcandae rhizoma and Iridis tectori rhizoma,and to provide the basis for the quality control of Belamcandae rhizoma.Methods:Character identification,TLC,HPLC were used to analyze the characters,TLC,content and fingerprint of Belamcandae rhizoma and Iridis tectori rhizoma.Results:There were significant differences in the characters and TLC between Belamcandae rhizoma and Iridis tectori rhizome.And there was a difference in the content of irisanthin,but a part of Iridis tectori rhizoma can meet the pharmacopoeia standard of Belamcandae rhizoma.Fingerprint similarity between 9 group of Belamcandae rhizomawas 0.971-1.000,and the similarity of 6 batch of Iridis tectori rhizomawas 0.990-1.000,butcompared with the control fingerprints of Belamcandae rhizoma,the similarity is only 0.582-0.627.On the other hand,Belamcandae rhizoma and Iridis tectori rhizoma can be divided into two categoriesusing the method of clustering.Conclusion:Character identification,TLC,fingerprint can be used to identify Belamcandae rhizoma and Iridis tectori rhizoma.
