喜炎平注射液和注射用穿琥宁辅助治疗儿童下呼吸道感染疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:探究儿童下呼吸道感染喜炎平注射液和注射用穿琥宁的辅助治疗效果。方法:以简单随机抽样法纳入74例下呼吸道感染患儿,病例选取时间为2019年5月至2020年6月,以抽签方法将其分为对照组和实验组(各37例),前者行注射用穿琥宁辅助治疗,后者行喜炎平注射液辅助治疗。对患者症状消失时间、治疗有效率以及不良反应等数据进行处理分析。结果:实验组患者咳嗽咳痰消失时间、体温恢复正常时间、鼻塞消失时间、咽喉红肿消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗有效率94.59%明显高于对照组78.38%(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与注射用穿琥宁相比,喜炎平注射液治疗儿童下呼吸道感染能更快改善临床症状,疗效更显著,不良反应发生率无差异,可优先选择。Objective:To explore the adjuvant therapeutic effects of Xiyanping injection and Chuanhuning for injection on children with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:74 children with lower respiratory tract infection were included by simple random sampling.The cases were selected from May 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into control group and experimental group(37 cases in each group).The former was treated with Chuanhuning Injection and the latter was treated with Xiyanping injection.The data of symptom disappearance time,treatment effectiveness and adverse reactions were processed and analyzed.Results:The disappearance time of cough and expectoration,the recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of nasal obstruction and the disappearance time of sore throat in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of 94.59%in the experimental group was significantly higher than 78.38%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Chuanhuning for injection,Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children's lower respiratory tract infection can improve clinical symptoms faster and have more significant curative effect.There is no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions,so it can be preferred.
