摘 要:目的研究深圳市龙岗区15~24岁青年HIV/AIDS病例的流行病学特征,为针对该人群开展有效的艾滋病防控工作提供帮助。方法收集深圳市龙岗区2016—2019年15~24岁HIV/AIDS病例的病例个案信息和确证报告卡,分析病例的三间分布特点和传播途径分布情况。结果 2016—2019年深圳市龙岗区累计报告15~24岁HIV/AIDS病例268例,占全部病例的14.8%(268/1 809);男女比为10.7∶1(245∶23);学生病例占4.9%(13/268);感染途径以性传播为主,其中同性性传播占67.9%(182/268),异性性传播占32.1%(86/268);非深圳户籍占89.9%(241/268);病例发现样本来源以医疗机构检测为主,占69.4%(186/268)。2016—2019年确证检测中样品来源于疾病预防控制系统的阳性率最高(82.3%,51/62),其次为医疗机构76.6%(256/334),不同送检来源的样品阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=106.995,P<0.005)。男性确证阳性率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=56.883,P<0.001)。结论校外MSM人群是深圳市龙岗区青年群体感染艾滋病的重点人群,应重视对该人群的艾滋病预防工作,减少高危性行为的发生。Objective To investigate the epidemiological features of HIV/AIDS among people aged 15-24 years in Longgang district of Shenzhen and provide effective evidence for prevention and control.Methods The information of confirmed cases and reported HIV/AIDS cases aged 15-24 years in Longgang District of Shenzhen from 2016 to 2019 was collected,and their characteristics and transmission routes were analyzed.Results A total of 268 cases aged 15-24 years were reported,accounting for 14.8%(268/1809)of all cases.The male to female ratio was 10.7:1(245 cases:23 cases).Among them,students accounted for 4.9%(13/268).Sexual contact was the major route of transmission,and the rate of homosexual transmission(67.9%,182/268)was higher than that of heterosexual transmission(32.1%,86/268).A total of 241 cases were non-registered in Shenzhen(89.9%),and 69.4%(186/268)of the cases were diagnosed in hospital.The confirmed positive rate from the disease prevention and control system was highest(82.3%,51/62),followed by the medical institutions(76.6%,256/334).The difference in positive rate of samples from different sources was statistically significant(χ^(2)=106.995,P<0.001).The positive rate of male was higher than that of female,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=56.883,P<0.001).Conclusion The off-campus MSM population is the key population of HIV infection in the youth group in Longgang District,Shenzhen,and attention should be paid to HIV prevention in this population to reduce the occurrence of high-risk sexual behaviors.
