摘　　要：目的本研究通过调查四川省三地老年患者的基本情况,建床及支付意愿,分析影响四川省三地老年患者对家庭病床的建床影响因素。方法对四川省三个市区16家医疗机构中随机抽取的445名老年患者进行问卷调查。结果平均年龄为(74.62±8.31)岁。女性占50.80%,略多于男性。大多数(63.64%)老年患者的受教育程度在初中及以下,大部分(70.31%)老年患者为已婚且配偶还在,极少数(0.45%)老年患者未婚。与配偶居住的较与子女同住的老年患者更多,分别占43.48%和19.22%。在建床意愿方面,大部分(90.21%)老年患者表示愿意建床,9.79%的老年患者表示不愿意。在支付意愿方面,68.69%的老年患者每年愿意在家庭病床支付2 000元以下。年龄(OR=0.946,95%CI:0.904~0.989)、家庭人均月收入(OR=5.767,95%CI:2.395~13.884)、对家庭病床的了解程度(OR=2.211,95%CI:1.061~4.607)是就诊老年患者对家庭病床建床意愿的影响因素。结论要发展家庭病床服务,应提高老年患者对家庭病床的了解度,完善医疗保险制度,提高基层卫生医疗机构医疗水平。Objective To analyze the factors influencing elderly patients’sickbed building in three areas of Sichuan Province by investigating their basic conditions,sickbed building and willingness to pay.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 445 elderly patients randomly selected from 16 medical institutions in three urban areas of Sichuan Province.Results The mean age was(74.62±8.31)years.Females accounted for 50.80%,slightly more than males.The majority(63.64%)of the elderly patients had an educational level of junior high school or less,most(70.31%)of the elderly patients were married and their spouses were still present,and very few(0.45%)of the elderly patients were unmarried.More elderly patients lived with their spouses than with their children,accounting for 43.48%and 19.22%,respectively.In terms of willingness to build a sickbed,the majority(90.21%)of elderly patients said they were willing to build,while 9.79%of elderly patients said they were not.In terms of willingness to pay,68.69%of elderly patients were willing to pay less than 2000 yuan per year for home sickbed.Age(OR=0.946,95%CI:0.904-0.989),monthly per capita household income(OR=5.767,95%CI:2.395-13.884),and knowledge of home sickbeds(OR=2.211,95%CI:1.061-4.607)were the influencing factors for the willingness to build a sickbed among the elderly patients attending the clinic.Conclusion To develop family bed services,we should improve elderly patients’knowledge of family beds,improve the health insurance system,and improve the medical level of primary health care institutions.
