摘  要:目的评价广东省县级医院住院服务情况。方法以DRG指标为基础,对广东省57家县级医院,运用熵权TOPSIS结合RSR法进行住院服务综合评价并分类。结果各项指标熵值较大,数值分布较为集中,权重值由大到小排序为总权重数、费用消耗指数、病例组合指数(CMI)、时间消耗指数、中低风险死亡率、DRG组数;按相对程度C_(i)值和概率单位Probit值将县级医院住院服务综合情况划分为较好(C_(i)>0.2997)、中等(0.1024<C_(i)<0.2997)、较差(C_(i)<0.1204)三类,各类医院数量分别是9、40、8家。结论广东省县级医院之间各项住院服务情况差异较小,其中诊疗范围差异最小,服务总量差异最大,大部分县级医院住院服务综合情况仍有待改善。Objective To evaluate the inpatient service of county hospitals in Guangdong Province.Methods The inpatient service of 57 county hospitals were comprehensively evaluated using the Entropy TOPSIS combined with RSR method based on diagnosis related groups(DRG).Results The distribution of index value was concentrated,and the weight value from large to small is total weight number,cost consumption index,case mix index,time consumption index,low and medium risk mortality,DRG groups.The inpatient service of hospital was divided into"good"(C_(i)>0.2997),"medium"(0.1024<C_(i)<0.0.2997),"poor"(C_(i)<0.1204).The number of different kinds of hospitals was 9,40 and 8,respectively.Conclusion The inpatient services among county hospitals in Guangdong Province show little diversity,with the smallest difference in the scope of diagnosis and treatment and the largest difference in the total amount of services.The comprehensive inpatient service in most county hospitals still needs to be improved.
