摘　　要：目的分析江阴市2008—2020年突发公共卫生事件的流行病学特征,为制定和调整江阴市突发公共卫生事件防控措施提供依据。方法收集突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统中江阴市2008—2020年相关监测数据,进行流行病学分析。结果 2008—2020年累计报告突发公共卫生事件43起,包括较大事件1起、一般事件32起和未分级事件10起,其中38起为传染病疫情事件,占总数的88.37%。报告前三的病种为手足口病(36.84%)、水痘(23.68%)和甲型H1N1流感(7.89%)。暴发呈现双峰,主高峰出现在5—6月份,次高峰出现在11月份;学校及幼托机构是突发事件发生的主要场所(69.77%);传染病疫情和食物中毒事件的报告时间中位数分别为10.67和1.38 d,事件持续时间中位数分别为19.04和0.98 d。结论学校常见传染病防控仍是江阴市今后公共卫生工作的重点;应加强重点传染病的常规监测并做好健康教育等综合防控措施。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Jiangyin from 2008 to2020,so as to provide reference for the prevention and management of emergencies in the future.Methods The relevant data in Jiangyin from 2008 to 2020 were collected from the National Public Health Emergency Reporting System and analyzed by descriptive epidemiology method.Results A total of 43 emergencies were reported,including one large event,32 general events and 10 unrated events.Infectious diseases accounted for 88.37%of the total.The top three infectious diseases were hand,foot and mouth disease(36.84%),chicken pox(23.68%)and H1N1 influenza A(7.89%).There were two outbreak peaks:May-June and November.Schools and preschools were the main places for emergencies(69.77%).The median reporting time of infectious disease events and food poisoning events were 10.67 days and 1.38 days,and the median duration time were 19.04 and 0.98 days,respectively.Conclusion Prevention and control of common infectious diseases in schools is still the focus of public health work in Jiangyin city in the future.Routine monitoring of key infectious diseases should be strengthened and comprehensive prevention and control measures such as health education should be taken.
