摘 要:以软土地区某盾构法地下综合管廊工程为背景,介绍在节点工作井多且部分工作井洞门开动范围内存在富水砂层夹层、渗漏风险极高情况下的盾构高频次接收施工技术。通过对端头土体进行补强加固、改良洞门密封装置及对二次接收工艺进行优化,有效控制盾构进洞过程中的施工风险,又确保了施工进度,成功实现盾构8次接收。Taking an underground utility tunnel project with shield method in soft soil area as the background,the shield high-frequency receiving construction technology under the conditions of many node working wells,water rich sand interlayer in the opening range of some working wells and high leakage risk is introduced.Through the reinforcement of the end soil,the improvement of the sealing device of the tunnel portal and the optimization of the secondary receiving process,the construction risk of the shield machine in the process of entering the tunnel is effectively controlled,and the construction progress is ensured,and the shield machine is successfully received for eight times.
