摘 要:建(构)筑物在建设或使用过程中,由于自然灾害或人为因素,产生不均匀沉降或倾斜的情况时有发生。随着工程技术的发展,建(构)筑物纠倾技术不断发展完善,成功的纠倾工程也越来越多。纠倾前应对建(构)筑物倾斜原因进行准确分析和判断,有针对性地选择纠倾方法,并进行方案比选,确定最佳纠倾方案,进行纠倾设计和施工,并应在纠倾施工过程中进行监测,实现信息化施工,同时还应重视防复倾的加固措施。介绍了采用迫降法和抬升法纠倾的成功案例。During construction or operation of buildings, differential settlement or tilting occurs frequently due to natural disasters or man-made factors. With the development of engineering technology, the rectification technology of buildings has been continuously developed and perfected, and more and more successful rectification works of buildings have been carried out. Before rectification works, we should make correct analysis on the reasons for the tilting buildings and structures, make technology scheme comparison and determine the best correction scheme. The rectification construction should be carried out in the whole process of information construction. In order to ensure the safety in the process of rectification, attention should also be paid to the reinforcement measures to prevent the buildings tilting again. Two successful cases of using the forced settlement and lifting method to rectify the tilting buildings are introduced.
