摘 要:对BIM技术在绿色建筑运维管理中产生的价值点进行梳理,形成评判BIM绿建运维管理综合效益的指标体系,以专家评分法为基础,结合COWA算子确定综合效益评价指标的权重。在明确评价标准和指标数据的前提下,引入模糊四元联系数来描述各指标与评价标准等级之间的联系,从而确定BIM在绿建运维管理中的应用效果。This paper sorts out the value points that BIM technology can produce in the operation and maintenance management of green buildings, and forms an index system for judging the comprehensive benefits of BIM in green building operation and maintenance management. Based on the expert scoring method, this paper combines COWA operator to determine the weight of comprehensive benefit evaluation index. Under the premise of clarifying the evaluation standards and index data, this paper introduces the fuzzy quaternary connection number to describe the connection between each index and the evaluation standard level, and finally determines the application effect of BIM in the green building operation and maintenance management.
