摘 要:近年来,随着数字与智慧城市概念的发展,越来越多的研究者开始关注BIM与GIS的集成,促进了城市与建筑行业信息化的发展。为了实现BIM与GIS数据高效、低损失、高可控的集成,本文基于BIM领域的IFC标准与GIS领域的CityGML标准,通过数据格式统一的方式,构建并验证了包含数据提取、转化、加载的技术路径。除此之外,本文根据对集成结果的评估,有针对性地提出了改进方案,使BIM-GIS集成技术在应用过程中更加高效。In recent years, with the development of the concept of digital and smart city, more and more researchers begin to pay attention to the integration of Building Information Model(BIM) and Geographic Information System(GIS),which promotes the development of urban and construction industry informatization.Based on IFC standard in BIM field and CityGML data standard in GIS field, in order to realize an efficient, low-loss and highly controllable integration, through a unified data format, a technical path including data extraction, conversion and loading has been constructed and verified.In addition, based on the evaluation of the integration results, a targeted improvement plan is proposed to make the BIM-GIS integration technology more efficient in the application process.
