社区健康干预对糖尿病患者控制血糖减少并发症的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨对2型糖尿病患者采取社区健康干预对控制血糖和减少并发症的效果。方法选取社区门诊的257例糖尿病患者进行研究,选取时间为2018年1月至2020年12月。在随机数字表分成128例对照组和129例试验组。给予对照组常规护理干预,给予试验组社区健康干预。比较两组干预效果。结果护理干预后,试验组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组与对照组相比,并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。试验组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白总胆固醇及三酰甘油明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者采取社区健康干预血糖及生化控制效果更高,并发症发生率更低,具有一定临床推广和应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of community health intervention on controlling blood glucose and reducing complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods From January 2018 to December 2020 as the study period,257 patients with diabetes were selected from community outpatient service during this period.The random number table was divided into 128 control groups and 129 experimental groups.Routine nursing intervention in the control group,community health intervention was given to the experimental group.Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Total cholesterol,LDL cholesterol and triglyceride in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,high density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community health intervention is more effective in controlling blood sugar and biochemistry in diabetic patients,lower incidence of complications,it has certain clinical popularization and application value.
