酶联免疫吸附法影响乙型肝炎五项检测结果的因素

摘　　要：目的探讨酶联免疫吸附法影响乙型肝炎五项临床检测结果的因素。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在沈阳金域医学检验所有限公司实验室诊断部的200例乙型肝炎五项临床检测样本,应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中的HBsAg浓度、HBsAb浓度、HBeAg浓度、HBeAb浓度和HBcAb浓度五项标志物临床浓度。结果抗凝剂处理过的标本阳性率与未经抗凝剂处理过的标本阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);标本水浴加热20 min的阳性率检测结果与标本水浴加热30 min的阳性率及标本水浴加热40 min的阳性率检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同的血清状态和水浴加热时间可影响ELISA检测五项乙型肝炎的结果,但在ELISA检测过程中还存在其他影响因素。临床实验单位应分析ELISA检测乙型肝炎五项指标的临床影响因素,以提高临床检测水平。Objective To explore the factors influencing the clinical detection results of hepatitis b by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(elisa).Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,200 cases of hepatitis b were selected from the Department of Laboratory Diagnostic,Shenyang Jinyu Medical Laboratory,and five markers of HBsAg concentration,HBsAb concentration,HBeAg concentration,HBeAb concentration and HBcAb concentration in clinical serum were detected by elisa.Results The positive rate of the samples treated with anticoagulant was different from that without anticoagulant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Specimens of water bath heating 20 minutes specimens of positive test results with water bath heating specimens of 30 minutes positive rate and water bath heating 40 minutes of positive test results and test results different difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The different serum state and water bath heating time can affect the ELISA clinical test the results of the five items of hepatitis b but also exist in the process of clinical ELISA to detect other influencing factors.Clinical trial units should analyze the clinical influencing factors of the five indicators of hepatitis b detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(elisa)to improve the level of clinical testing.
