摘　　要：目的探讨在ICU急性左心衰竭患者抢救中机械辅助通气的应用效果与护理方法及效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月我院收治的符合研究要求的80例ICU急性左心衰竭患者,依据随机方法将患者列入研究组(针对性护理)和参照组(常规护理),各40例,记录护理后临床各项指标(血氧饱和度、血压、心率)的变化情况,并记录两组患者是否对护理满意。结果研究组患者的血压水平优于参照组,血氧饱和度和护理满意度高于参照组,心率优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用机械辅助通气进行ICU急性左心衰竭患者的抢救具有良好的效果,能够改善患者的各项临床指标,配合针对性的护理干预对临床效果的进一步提升有着积极的作用。Objective To explore the application effect of mechanical ventilation in the rescue of patients with acute left heart failure in ICU and the corresponding nursing methods and effects.Methods A total of 80 patients who met the research requirements were selected from ICU patients who were treated from May 2020 to May 2021.The patients were included in two analysis groups according to random method:the study group(targeted nursing)and the reference group(routine nursing),40 cases in the each group.The changes of clinical indexes(blood oxygen saturation,blood pressure and heart rate)were recorded after the nursing,and whether the patients in the two groups were satisfied with the nursing.Results It was found that the blood pressure of the research group was better than that of the reference group,the oxygen saturation and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the reference group,and the heart rate was better than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of mechanical ventilation in the rescue of ICU patients with acute left heart failure has a good effect,can improve the clinical indicators of patients,with targeted nursing,has a positive role in further improving the clinical effect.
