优质护理服务在儿童输液室的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的对优质护理服务在儿童输液室的应用效果展开分析。方法收集2018年3月至2019年7月本院接治的输液患儿开展研究,共收入82例,采取分别抽样法分组,即采纳常规护理的对照组(n=41)和优质护理的试验组(n=41),对82例患儿穿刺成功率、护理满意度以及不良事件发生情况进行评估。结果分析不良事件发生率,和对照组(14.63%)相比,试验组(2.44%)更低,P<0.05。和对照组相比,试验组穿刺成功率(97.56%)较对照组(90.24%)高,但P>0.05,无统计学意义。评价护理满意度,试验组满意度(97.56%)高于对照组(85.37%),P<0.05,差异显著。结论采用优质护理,对输液室患儿具有提高穿刺成功率、降低不良事件发生率的效果,家属护理满意度随之升高。Objective To analyze the application effect of high-quality nursing services in children's infusion rooms.Methods The children with infusion(n=82)received by the undergraduate room(from March 2018 to July 2019)were included as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=41,given routine nursing program),experimental group(n=41,provide high-quality nursing service model),to evaluate 82 patients with puncture success rate,nursing satisfaction and adverse events.Results Analyzing the adverse events and the success rate of puncture,the incidence was only(2.44%)in the experimental group lower than that of the control group(14.63%),P<0.05,the difference was significant.Compared with the control group,the puncture success rate of the experimental group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(90.24%),but P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.Evaluation of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of the experimental group(97.56%)was higher than that of the control group(85.37%),P<0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion The implementation of a high-quality nursing program has the effect of reducing the incidence of adverse events such as needle removal and swelling for children in the infusion room,greatly improving the success rate of puncture,and high nursing satisfaction,which has application and promotion value.
