摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的手术护理配合。方法于2018年1月至2019年1月间随机抽取122例手术治疗的子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,随机分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组增加手术护理配合。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理依从性为95.08%(58/61)、护理满意度为96.72%(59/61),对照组患者护理依从性为85.25%(52/61)、护理满意度为83.61%(51/61),两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ^(2)=9.045、10.280)。观察组患者的自我护理能力得分平均为(7.80±0.90)分,焦虑评分(20.60±3.30)分,住院时间(4.40±0.80)d。对照组患者自我护理能力得分为(5.70±0.80)分,焦虑评分(27.40±4.60)分,住院时间(5.80±0.90)d。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=8.147、12.933、6.289)。结论在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的疗护中,可借助手术护理配合提升其护理依从性和满意度,改善患者心理态势、自我护理能力,缩短住院时间。Objective To analyze the surgical nursing cooperation of patients with laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,122 patients with hysteromyomectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group increased surgical nursing cooperation.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing compliance of the observation group was 95.08%(58/61),the nursing satisfaction was 96.72%(59/61),the control group was 85.25%(52/61),and the nursing satisfaction was 83.61%(51/61),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,χ^(2)=9.045,10.280).The average score of self-care ability of patients in the observation group was(7.80±0.90),anxiety score was(20.60±3.30),and hospital stay was(4.40±0.80)days.The self-care ability score of the control group was(5.70±0.80)points,the anxiety score was(27.40±4.60)points,and the hospital stay was(5.80±0.90)days.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,t=8.147,12.933,6.289).Conclusion In the treatment of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy,surgical care can be used to improve their nursing compliance and satisfaction,improve the patient's mental posture,self-care ability,and shorten the hospital stay.
