护理干预在声带息肉摘除术患者围手术期中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在声带息肉摘除术患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法将94例声带息肉摘除术患者随机分为两组,各47例,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以围手术期护理干预。分别在护理前后采用SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)对患者进行评估,同时评估患者的主观嗓音评分,包括气息度、粗糙度及嗓音障碍指数。结果护理后,研究组精神健康评分为(62.77±4.68)分、躯体疼痛评分为(71.15±7.71)分、社会功能评分为(64.77±6.37)分,对照组分别为(57.09±4.77)分、(65.37±9.67)分、(57.93±5.38)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组嗓音粗糙度评分为(1.46±0.63)分、气息度评分为(1.70±0.58)分、嗓音障碍指数评分为(19.24±4.79)分,对照组分别为(2.04±0.77)分、(2.75±0.84)分、(25.63±5.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论做好声带息肉摘除术患者的围手术期护理干预,能够有效促进患者嗓音康复,并提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the application value of nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with vocal cord polypectomy.Methods A total of 94 patients with vocal cord polyps were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given perioperative nursing intervention.Before and after nursing,patients were assessed with SF-36,and subjective voice score,including breath,roughness and voice disorder index,was also assessed.Results After nursing,the scores of mental health,physical pain and social function in the study group were(62.77±4.68)points,(71.15±7.71)points,(64.77±6.37)points,and those in the control group were(57.09±4.77)points,(65.37±9.67)points and(57.93±5.38)points,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the study group,the voice roughness was(1.46±0.63)points,the breathing degree was(1.70±0.58)points and the voice disorder index was(19.24±4.79)points,while in the control group,the voice roughness was(2.04±0.77)points,(2.75±0.84)points and(25.63±5.94)points respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention during perioperative period for patients with vocal cord polyp removal can effectively promote voice rehabilitation and improve their quality of life.
