1例眼外伤并发泛发性脓疱型银屑病的眼部护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨眼外伤并发泛发性脓疱型银屑病的眼部护理方法。方法选取1例右眼被扳手打伤的男性患者,在治疗过程中患者并发泛发性脓疱型银屑病,在常规治疗基础上进行眼部护理干预。护理内容主要包括皮肤护理、高热护理、饮食护理、用药护理以及心理护理等。观察护理效果。结果经过一系列护理措施和相关治疗后,患者病情逐渐好转,皮肤脓疱干燥,无新起脓疱。右眼眼睑无淤紫肿胀,结膜充血水肿、缝线在位无松脱,鼻侧虹膜缺如,隐见晶体囊在位,未植入人工晶体。结论对眼外伤并发泛发性脓疱型银屑病患者进行眼部护理干预可缓解患者眼部不适,帮助患者树立正确的治疗心态。Objective To discuss the methods of eye care for ocular trauma complicated with generalized pustular psoriasis.Methods A male patient with right eye injured by spanner came to our hospital for treatment.In the course of treatment,the patient developed generalized pustular psoriasis,so on the basis of treatment,eye care intervention was carried out.The nursing contents mainly include skin care,hyperthermia care,diet care,medication care and psychological care.The nursing effect was observed.Results After a series of nursing measures and related treatment,the patient's condition was gradually improved,and the skin pustules were dry without new pustules.No eyelid bruises and swelling in right eyelid,conjunctival congestion and edema,no suture in place,absence of iris in the nose,insertion of lens capsule,no intraocular lens.Conclusion Eye care intervention for patients with extensive pustular psoriasis complicated by ocular trauma can relieve the discomfort of the patients'eyes,set up a correct attitude.
