乳腺癌患者术后实施心理护理及康复指导的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理及康复指导在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法将80例于2018年1月至2020年12月进行乳腺癌手术治疗的患者纳入研究,并以等量电脑随机法均分成A、B两组。A组展开常规护理干预,B组展开心理护理及康复指导干预,对比两组干预效果。结果护理干预后B组患者术后心理状态评分、并发症发生率均低于A组,术后生活质量、上肢功能、护理满意度均高于A组,对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理及康复指导应用到乳腺癌患者术后的干预中,可稳定其心理状态,减少并发症发生,并提升康复效果,值得被推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance in patients with breast cancer after operation.Methods Eighty patients who underwent breast cancer surgery from January 2018 to December 2020 were enrolled in the study,and were divided into two groups A and group B by equal computer randomization.Group A received routine nursing intervention,group B received psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance intervention.Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the postoperative psychological state score and complication rate of group B were lower than those of group A,and the postoperative quality of life,upper limb function and nursing satisfaction of group B were higher than those of group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing and rehabilitation guidance to the postoperative intervention of breast cancer patients can stabilize their psychological state,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the rehabilitation effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
