中医护理措施对银花泌炎灵片治疗急性肾盂肾炎患者的护理价值

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理措施在银花泌炎灵片治疗急性肾盂肾炎患者中的护理价值。方法将2019年6月至2020年12月沈阳市中医院肾病科收治的94例急性肾盂肾炎患者随机分为两组,各47例,对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组加用银花泌炎灵片并给予中医护理措施,在护理2周后,评价两组的临床疗效及相关指标。结果研究组总有效率为97.87%,对照组总有效率为82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组主要症状和体征消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性肾盂肾炎患者给予银花泌炎灵片治疗并实施中医护理措施,可缩短临床症状持续时间,临床护理满意度较高。Objective To explore the nursing value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures in the treatment of patients with acute pyelonephritis with yinhua miyanling tablets.Methods The 94 patients with acute pyelonephritis admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the study group was treated with yinhua miyanling,tablets and give Chinese medicine nursing measures.Both groups evaluated the clinical efficacy and relevant indicators after 2 weeks.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.87% and that in the control group was 82.98%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the main symptoms and signs of the study group disappeared shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the study group was satisfied with nursing care was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving yinhua miyanling tablets to patients with acute pyelonephritis and implementing TCM nursing measures can shorten the duration of clinical symptoms and have a high degree of satisfaction with clinical care.
