品管圈在重症医学科中护士安全管理中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在重症医学科中护士安全管理中的作用。方法将我院2019年1月至2019年12月的38名重症医学科护理人员,根据管理方法差异分组,每组19名,对照组实施了常规管理,品管圈组实施品管圈活动。每组护理100例重症医学科患者,比较两组重症医学科患者对护理工作的满意度、护士对护理工作的满意度、重症医学科护理管理质量评分、重症医学科安全事故发生率。结果品管圈组的重症医学科患者对护理工作的满意度、护士对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组,P<0.05。品管圈组重症医学科护理管理质量评分高于对照组,P<0.05。品管圈组重症医学科安全事故发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论重症医学科护理人员实施品管圈活动相对于常规管理效果更好,可有效提高护理管理质量,减少重症医学科安全事故发生率,促进护理人员和患者对护理工作的满意度提高。Objective To explore the role of quality control circle in the safety management of nurses in intensive care units.Methods Thirty-eight ICU nurses in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into groups according to different management methods,19 peoples in each group.Routine management was carried out in the control group,while quality control circle was carried out in the quality control circle group.Each group of nurses cares for 100 patients in the ICU,to compare the satisfaction of ICU patients with nursing work,the satisfaction of nurses with nursing work,the quality score of ICU nursing management,and the incidence of accidents in ICU.Results The satisfaction of ICU patients and nurses in the quality control circle group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of ICU nursing management score in quality control circle group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of safety accidents in the quality control circle group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional management,the quality control circle activities implemented by nursing staff in intensive care unit can effectively improve the quality of nursing management,reduce the incidence of safety accidents in intensive care unit,and promote nursing staff and patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
