摘　　要：跟骨关节内骨折是一种较复杂的骨折类型,多为高暴力损伤所致,会出现关节面塌陷并合并跟骨外侧壁膨隆,造成严重内翻畸形,临床治疗难度较大。跟骨关节内骨折分型、治疗方法多样。目前,不同类型跟骨关节内骨折治疗方法尚未统一,且临床疗效存在差异。本文以下综述跟骨关节内骨折分类、治疗选择以及进展,旨在为临床跟骨关节内骨折的治疗提供一定的理论参考。Intra-articular calcaneal fracture is a more complex type of fracture,mostly caused by high-violence injuries,which will cause articular surface collapse and swelling of the lateral wall of the calcaneus,resulting in severe varus deformity and difficult clinical treatment.There are various types and treatments for intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus.At present,the treatment methods for different types of calcaneal intra-articular fractures have not been unified,and there are differences in clinical efficacy.This article summarizes the classification,treatment options and progress of intra-articular calcaneal fractures in order to provide a certain theoretical reference for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.
