益气养阴固脱法防治透析相关性低血压疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价益气滋阴固脱法防治透析相关性低血压的效果。方法计算机检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFang)、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed、The Cochrane Library及Web of Science中有关益气养阴固脱法防治透析相关性低血压的随机对照实验,检索时间限定为2000年1月1日-2020年12月30日,根据Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11项随机对照试验,共1091例患者,其中试验组588例,对照组503例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组总有效率高于对照组(RR=1.28,95%CI:1.19~1.37,P<0.00001);试验组平均动脉压在透析中(MD=11.11,95%CI:7.61~14.62,P<0.00001)及透析后(MD=8.7,95%CI:6.02~11.38,P<0.00001)均高于对照组。结论基于目前证据,益气养阴固脱法防治透析相关性低血压疗效确切,但尚需高质量研究进一步验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of Yiqi Ziyin Gutuo method in preventing and treating dialysis-related hypotension.Methods A computer search of China National Knowledge Base(CNKI),WanFang database(WanFang),VIP database(VIP),PubMed,The Cochrane Library,and Web of Science for the prevention and treatment of dialysis-related hypotension with Yiqi Yangyin Gutuo method experiment,the search time was limited to January 1,2000-December 30,2020.According to the Cochrane bias risk assessment tool,the quality of the included literature was evaluated,and the RevMan5.3 software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 11 randomized controlled trials were included,with a total of 1091 patients,including 588 in the experimental group and 503 in the control group.Meta analysis results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(RR=1.28,95CI:1.19-1.37,P<0.00001);The mean arterial pressure in the experimentalgroup during dialysis(MD=11.11,95%CI:7.61-14.62,P<0.00001)and after dialysis(MD=8.7,95%CI:6.02-11.38,P<0.00001)were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Based on current evidence,Yiqi Yangyin Gutuo method is effective in preventing and treating dialysis-related hypotension,but it needs further verification by high-quality research.
