摘 要:目的分析不同方法检测女性生殖道病原微生物感染的临床价值。方法选取我院2019年12月-2020年12月共200例疑似生殖道病原微生物感染女性作为研究组,另选取200例正常女性体检者作为对照组,以固体培养法为标准,分析核酸恒温扩增检测技术(SAT)与液体培养法或乳胶法检测生殖道病原微生物感染情况及其临床价值。结果研究组检出阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SAT法检测UU阳性率与培养法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且以培养法为参考标准,SAT敏感度为94.00%,特异度为84.00%。乳胶法检测CT阳性率与SAT法比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且以乳胶法为参考标准,SAT敏感度为100.00%,特异度为96.15%。结论女性生殖道病原微生物感染中以UU最为常见,其次分别为CT、MG。目前临床中常用的SAT法、液体培养法、乳胶法在检测方面均有一定的应用价值,其中SAT法对病原微生物感染的检出率更高,可作为临床首选的检测方案之一。Objective To analyze the clinical value of different methods for detecting pathogenic microbial infections in female reproductive tract.Methods A total of 200 women with suspected reproductive tract pathogenic microbial infections in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research group,and 200 normal females were selected as the control group.The solid culture method is used as the standard to analyze nucleic acid constant temperature amplification detection technology(SAT)and liquid culture method or latex method to detect the infection of reproductive tract pathogenic microorganisms and its clinical value.Results The positive rate of detection in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of UU detected by SAT method and culture method(P>0.05).And taking the culture method as the reference standard,the sensitivity of SAT was 94.00%,and the specificity was 84.00%.There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of CT detection by latex method and SAT method(P>0.05).And taking the latex method as the reference standard,the SAT sensitivity was 100.00%,and the specificity was 96.15%.Conclusion UU is the most common infection of female genital tract pathogenic microorganisms,followed by CT and MG respectively.The SAT method,liquid culture method,and latex method commonly used in clinical practice have certain application value in detection.Among them,the SAT method has a higher detection rate for pathogenic microbial infections,and can be used as one of the first clinical detection programs.
