大补阴丸联合曲普瑞林治疗女童性早熟临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察大补阴丸联合曲普瑞林治疗女童性早熟的临床疗效及对血清性激素水平的影响。方法:选取80例女童性早熟患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组采用曲普瑞林治疗,治疗组用大补阴丸联合曲普瑞林治疗。比较治疗前后2组乳核变化、子宫、卵巢容积变化及血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平,并比较2组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后乳核直径、子宫容积、卵巢大小及血清FSH、LH、E2水平均降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组治疗后乳核直径、子宫容积、卵巢大小及血清FSH、LH、E2水平均较低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大补阴丸联合曲普瑞林治疗女童性早熟疗效理想,可有效改善症状体征,降低激素水平,且安全可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dabuyin pills combined with tripurelin for precocious puberty in girls and its effect on levels of sex hormones in serum. Methods: A total of 80 cases of girls with precocious puberty were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tripurelin, and the treatment group was treated with Dabuyin pills combined with tripurelin. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and estrogen(E2) in serum and the changes in mammillary nucleus, uterine volume and ovarian volume before and after treatment, as well as the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the diameter of mammillary nucleus,uterine volume and size of ovary as well as the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the diameter of mammillary nucleus,uterine volume and size of ovary as well as the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Dabuyin pills combined with tripurelin has ideal curative effect for precocious puberty,and can effectively improve symptoms and signs and reduce hormones levels,which is safe and reliable.
