归脾汤加减联合五行音乐疗法治疗围绝经期心脾两虚型失眠临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察归脾汤加减联合五行音乐疗法治疗围绝经期心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取围绝经期心脾两虚型失眠患者82例,按随机数字表法分为归脾汤组、音乐疗法组、联合组。归脾汤组给予归脾汤加减口服,音乐疗法组给予五行音乐疗法,联合组采用归脾汤加减联合五行音乐疗法。比较3组临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及围绝经期生活质量(MRS)评分。结果:联合组总有效率为89.66%,归脾汤组为74.07%,音乐疗法组为65.38%。联合组总有效率高于归脾汤组和音乐疗法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,3组PSQI各项评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,3组PSQI各项评分及总分较治疗前降低,且联合组PSQI各项评分及总分均低于归脾汤组及音乐疗法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,3组MRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,3组MRS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),联合组MRS评分低于音乐疗法组(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤加减联合五行音乐疗法可显著改善围绝经期心脾两虚型患者失眠症状,提高围绝经期生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guipi tang combined with five-element music therapy for insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency type during perimenopause period. Methods: A total of 82 cases of patients with insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency type during perimenopause period were selected and divided into the Guipi tang group,the music therapy group,and the combination group according to the random number table method. The Guipi tang group was given the oral administration of modified Guipi tang;the music therapy group was treated with five-element music therapy;the combination group was treated with modified Guipi tang combined with five-element music therapy. Clinical effect,scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and scores of Menopause Rating Scale(MRS) were compared among the three groups. Results:The total effective rate was 89.66% in the combination group,74.07% in the Guipi tang group,and 65.38% in the music therapy group. The total effective rate in the combination group was higher than those of the other two groups,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,when compared each score of PSQI and the total score among the three groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05). After treatment,each score of PSQI and the total score in the three groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment, and the scores in the combination group were lower than those in the other two groups, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of MRS scores among the three groups(P>0.05). After treatment,MRS scores in the three groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the combination group was lower than that in the music therapy group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of modified Guipi tang combined with five-element music therapy can significantly improve the insomnia symptom of patients of heart-spleen deficiency type during perimenopau
