运脾法论治脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良临证体会

摘　　要：脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良是临床的常见病、多发病,亦是中医治疗优势病种之一。运脾法方药平胃散合良附丸,意在"运脾",可散寒邪,燥脾湿,走而不守,动而不息,消补兼施,恢复脾胃升清降浊功能,对于脾胃虚寒型功能性消化不良一系列的临床不适症状确有良好疗效,对由中焦气机失和所致的睡眠障碍、颜面痤疮、女性月经前后诸证等全身性问题亦有良效,附上医案3则加以阐述。Functional dyspepsia of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach type is a common and frequently-occurring disease in clinical practice,and also one of the dominant diseases in Chinese medicine treatment. The prescription(Pingwei Powder and Liangfu Pill) under the spleen-transporting method intends to "transport the spleen",dissipate cold pathogens and dry the spleen-damp. It helps the spleen qi slide rather than maintain and move rather than stop. The combination of dispersion and supplement can help restore the function of the spleen and stomach to raise the clear and direct the turbid downward. It has a good effect on a series of clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia of deficiency-cold of spleen and stomach type, and also has a good effect on systemic problems such as sleep disorder, facial acne, female symptoms around menstruation and so on caused by the disharmony of the movement of middle energizer. Attached are three medical cases to elaborate.
