益肺灸辅助治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益肺灸辅助治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:选取80例COPD稳定期患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用益肺灸治疗。治疗3个月后,对2组治疗前后中医证候积分、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分、慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疗效满意度问卷(COPD-ESQ)评分进行比较分析。结果:治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2、3个月,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),并呈下降趋势;且观察组中医证候积分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组CAT评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2、3个月,2组CAT评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组CAT评分均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组COPD-ESQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1、2、3个月,2组COPD-ESQ评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),并呈上升趋势;且观察组COPD-ESQ评分均高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肺灸治疗COPD稳定期患者疗效显著,能有效改善临床症状,提高其生活质量及治疗满意度。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Yifei moxibustion for adjuvant therapy of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at stable stage. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with COPD at stable stage were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group was additionally given Yifei moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Before treatment and after three-month treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and scores of COPD Assessment Test(CAT) and the Efficacy Satisfaction Questionnaire for COPD(COPD-ESQ) in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After one-month,two-month,and three-month treatments, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and showed a downward trend;the score in the observation group was lower than that in the same period in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of score of CAT between the two groups(P>0.05). After one-month,two-month,and three-month treatments,scores of CAT in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the same period in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of score of COPD-ESQ between the two groups(P>0.05).
