降压散穴位贴敷、指压降压沟联合西药治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察降压散穴位贴敷、指压降压沟联合西药治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:选取80例阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上使用降压散穴位贴敷及指压降压沟治疗。2组均治疗3周。比较2组治疗前后血压、中医证候积分、血清血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)水平及血肌酐(SCr)水平,观察2组不良反应。结果:治疗后,2组收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分及血清Ang-Ⅱ、SCr水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分及血清Ang-Ⅱ、SCr水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发现严重不良反应。结论:降压散穴位贴敷及指压降压沟联合西药治疗阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压,可有效控制患者的血压,缓解其临床症状,且安全性高。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of point application of Jiangya powder and finger pressure on anti-hypertensive ear clip combined with western medicine on primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type. Methods:A total of 80 patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with point application of Jiangya powder and finger pressure on anti-hypertensive ear clip based on the treatment of control group. Both groups were treated for three weeks. The blood pressure,Chinese medicine syndrome score and levels of serum angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)and serum creatinine(SCr) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment;the adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, Chinese medicine syndrome score and levels of serum Ang-Ⅱ and SCR were decreased in both groups when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion:The therapy of point application of Jiangya powder and finger pressure on anti-hypertensive ear clip combined with western medicine for patients with primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type,can effectively control their blood pressure and relieve the clinical symptoms,with great safety.
