摘　　要：目的:观察通窍利咽穴位按摩联合冰刺激治疗中风后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:选择中风后吞咽障碍患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。2组均按中风后吞咽障碍的常规治疗护理及康复锻炼,对照组给予冰刺激干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予通窍利咽穴位按摩治疗。2组均持续干预3周,观察分析2组临床疗效,并应用标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)对2组治疗前后的吞咽功能进行评价。结果:观察组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为62.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组SSA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组SSA评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组SSA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍利咽穴位按摩联合冰刺激可有效改善中风后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能,临床效果优于单纯冰刺激治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongqiao Liyan point massage combined with ice stimulation for dysphagia after apoplexy. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with dysphagia after apoplexy were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing for dysphagia after apoplexy as well as rehabilitative exercise;the control group was intervened with ice stimulation,and the observation group was additionally given Tongqiao Liyan point massage based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were intervened for three weeks. The clinical effect in the two groups was observed and analyzed;the swallowing function before and after treatment in the two groups was evaluated by Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA). Results:The total effective rate was 85.0% in the observation group and 62.5% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of SSA scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, SSA scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and SSA score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tongqiao Liyan point massage combined with ice stimulation can effectively improve the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after apoplexy, whose clinical effect is better than that of simple ice stimulation.
