摘 要:目的探讨异丙醇暴露对电子设备制造业从业人员染色体损伤水平的影响。方法于2018年1—12月,选取290名已从事或拟从事异丙醇暴露作业的人员为调查对象。用气相色谱法测定研究对象岗位环境异丙醇浓度。利用胞质分裂阻滞微核试验测定研究对象微核率等染色体损伤指标。利用SPSS 16.0软件进行相关统计分析。结果暴露组工人接触的异丙醇质量浓度为63.01(42.02,83.33)mg/m^(3)。与对照组微核率和微核细胞率相比,暴露组微核率和微核细胞率显著升高(P<0.001);暴露组与对照组之间的淋巴细胞转换率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Poisson回归分析结果显示:(1)随着年龄增加,所有人员的平均微核率和微核细胞率也均增加;(2)相比对照组,异丙醇暴露组微核率增加558%(P<0.001),微核细胞率增加487%(P<0.001);(3)异丙醇质量浓度每增加1 mg/m^(3),微核率计数增加0.016‰(P<0.05),微核细胞率计数增加0.019‰(P<0.05);(4)接害工龄每增加1年,微核率计数增加0.047‰(P<0.05),微核细胞率计数增加0.039‰(P<0.05)。结论异丙醇暴露可能会导致电子设备制造业从业人员的染色体损伤。Objective To investigate the association of isopropanol exposure with chromosome damage levels of workers in electronic equipment manufacturing industry. Methods A total of 290 workers who had been or would be exposed to isopropanol were selected as the subjects during January 2018 to December 2018. The concentration of isopropanol at workplaces were determined by gas chromatography and the lymphocytes micronucleus(MN)frequencies and indicators of chromosome damage of workers were measured by cytokinesis-block micronucleus method(CBMN assay). SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The workers’ exposure level(median,25 th and 75 th percentile)of isopropanol at workplaces was 63.01(42.02,83.33)mg/m^(3). The MN frequencies and MN-containing cells rate of exposed workers was significantly higher than that in the non-exposed group respectively,while there was no statistical difference of lymphocyte transformation rate between the two groups(P >0.05). Poisson regression analysis showed that :(1) the MN frequencies and MN-containing cells rate increased with the increase of age;(2) compared with the non-exposed group,the MN frequencies of the exposed group increased by 558%(P<0. 001)and the MN-containing cells rate increased by 487%(P<0.001);(3) the MN frequencies increased by 0.016‰(P<0.05) and the MN-containing cells rate increased by0.019‰(P<0.05),with the increase of isopropanol mass concentration by 1 mg/m^(3);(4)the MN frequencies increased by0.047‰(P<0.05) and the MN-containing cells rate increased by 0.039 ‰(P<0.05),with the increase of work time by 1 year. Conclusions Among workers in electronic equipment manufacturing industry,the isopropanol exposure was associated with increased chromosome damage level.
