摘 要:通过对密闭墙所用不同材料性能差异的分析,介绍了榆林地区地质条件较好的矿井开采工作面连续开采的设计现状,指出了临时密闭墙和永久密闭墙在此区域使用的广泛性,给出了一种新.型临时密闭墙施工工艺和有关指标的测试方法,并测试了不同浓度、不同时间段的流动度、发泡体积、抗压强度、抗折强度及渗透性等。根据流动度的变化幅度给出浆液应在10 min内注出管路,发泡倍数通常在2~8倍,抗压强度通常在1~4 MPa;用水测试抗渗性效果良好。实验为临时密闭墙的建立、使用安全性和有效性提供了有力保障,对矿井安全生产具有指导意义。Based on the analysis of the differences in the performance of different materials used for the closed wall,the introduction of the design status of the continuous mining with better geological conditions in Yulin area,the extensive use of temporary and permanent airtight walls in this area is determined,and this paper presents a new construction technology of temporary airtight wall and the test method of relevant indexes.The fluidity,foaming volume,compressive strength,flexural strength and permeability were tested in different concentration and time.So according to the change range of fluidity,the slurry should be injected into the pipeline within 10min;the foaming multiple is usually 2~8 times;the compressive strength is usually 1~4MPa;the effect of water test on impermeability is good.The experiment provides a strong guarantee for the establishment and use safety and effectiveness of the temporary closed wall,and has a guiding significance for the mine safety production.
