摘　　要：活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)延长混合血浆纠正试验用于鉴别凝血筛选试验中APTT延长的原因——凝血因子缺乏或存在凝血抑制物。该试验有助于医生结合患者临床表现初步判断患者APTT延长异常的原因,以及针对性选择下一步实验室检查项目,所以是有重要价值的凝血试验。目前,因该试验的操作流程及结果解读暂无统一标准,实验室应用较为混乱,结果缺乏可比性,也限制了其应用和普及。本共识参考国内外相关文献,结合出凝血检验领域专家的实践经验,致力于推进APTT延长混合血浆纠正试验的标准化。Activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)mixing test is used to investigate whether the cause of prolonged APTT is coagulation factor deficiency or existing coagulation inhibitor.Combination of this test and clinical manifestation of patient can help clinicians to preliminarily judge the reason of prolonged APTT,and select targeted further tests,hence it′s a valuable coagulation screening test.Since there are no standards about operation procedure and result interpretation of APTT mixing test yet,its clinical application is a bit confusing and popularity has also been hindered due to the poor comparability.This consensus contained references to the relevent domestic and foreign literatures,and practical experiences of the laboratory experts in thrombosis and haemostasis field,thus aims to promote the standardization of APTT mixing test.
