摘  要:山西晋煤天源公司系统节能挖潜和气化升级改造后,现有脱碳装置工艺气出口指标超标,不能满足生产装置需要。通过对现有生产运行装置分析,提出提高运行压力促进吸收、增加溴化锂换热器降低脱碳入口气体温度、清洗氨冷器以及提高氨压缩冷冻负荷,降低溶液温度、改造脱水塔降低溶液中的水含量、改造贫液泵增加溶液循环量、增加溶液过滤器改善溶液质量、更换部分脱碳塔填料提高传质效率等措施,实现现有运行装置安全达标运行。After the energy saving and gasification upgrading of Shanxi Jinmei Tianyuan company's system,the index of process gas exiting decarbonization unit exceeded the standard and could not meet the need of production unit.Based on the analysis of the existing production plants,it is proposed to increase the operating pressure in order to promote absorption,add the lithium bromide heat exchanger to reduce the inlet gas temperature of decarbonization,clean the ammonia cooler,increase the ammonia compression and refrigeration load,reduce the solution temperature,reform the dehydration tower to reduce the water content in the solution,reform the lean solution pump to increase the solution circulation volume,add the solution filter to improve the solution quality,replace part decarburization tower packing to improve mass transfer efficiency,these measures were taken to realize safe and standard operation of existing operation plants .
